Please read these T&C’s carefully before purchasing, by purchasing a product, gift voucher or booking a treatment/course with Wren Holistics you’re agreeing to these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions abide by The Consumer Contract Regulations. You’re welcome to print or store these terms for your own records. Wherever the term “Working Days or Hours” is featured, this excludes bank holidays, weekends and public holidays such as Christmas. Any holiday times will be clearly displayed on the homepage. When you place an order with Wren Holistics you will be sent an order confirmation detailing your order, this is giving you ample opportunity to correct any possible errors (such as incorrect time or treatment). Should you have any complaints, please send them to the contact information detailed at the bottom of this document.


Prices are subject to change but are correct at time of posting. Any glitches, errors or typos are not required to be honoured. Any special offers will have a clear displayed end date.


Paypal is our main payment method – you can pay with your Paypal account, or by card through that system. To pay by card, you don’t need to have an account with Paypal to purchase. You can also pay by bank transfer or cash if you’d like to, please email me to discuss as you will need an invoice.


All items will be posted via Royal Mail unless otherwise specified. It is Royal Mail’s policy to sometimes leave packages with a neighbour should you be out when delivery is attempted, they may also leave it in a safe place or return to the sorting office. There will be a red card left in these cases.

Returns & Cancellations

We ensure all items that are posted to our customers are of the highest standard but if there is ever a need to return an item we do accept returns for a full refund.

Under The Consumer Contract Regulations, your right to cancel begins from the moment you place your order, up to 14 working days after receiving your order. Your right to cancel is unconditional.

You can return an item for any reason such as faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose, you’ve changed your mind and more.

If you wish to return an item, please notify us in writing using the following model cancellation form (email is fine). We will then process your return.

We would be grateful if you would return your items via recorded or tracked post, this is for your peace of mind, and ours. This is not a requirement of law, this is a courtesy request.

Items marked as being reduced for having a defect, damage or any other reason will be exempt from the returns policy.

Return postage will be paid by the customer if the order is no longer wanted. If the reason for the return is our responsibility return postage will be paid by Wren Holistics.

Returning Custom Items:

Custom made items are exempt from The Consumer Contract Regulations – the only exception being is if they’re faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose or any other fault of Wren Holistics. In this case, please refer to the returns section of this document.

Courses and gift vouchers are also exempt from returns.

Treatment – Terms & Conditions

Payment, in full,  must be made at the time of the appointment, unless otherwise agreed.  Block bookings/Pre-Payments must be taken within 6 months.

Cancellation  must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment to avoid penalty, which may include the requirement to pay the full cost of the treatment. I reserve the right to cancel treatments and a full refund will be offered in these circumstances.

A health screening form is required to be completed prior to treatment to ensure suitability and in some circumstances a GP letter of consent may be required.

The minimum age limit for treatments is 16, and anybody between the ages of 16 – 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. There is no maximum age limit.

Allergies and possible reactions are discussed during your consultation, and any known allergies must be disclosed.

Training – Terms & Conditions

Full payment is taken for all training at the time of booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be retained unless cancelled 14 days prior to the training.

Transferring/Cancellation/Non Attendance:

If you are unable to attend a course for any reason, the following will apply:


The option to transfer can only be taken once, after which any further transfer request will be treated as a cancellation. The transfer option only applies to students who are transferring to a different date for the same course.

The choice of course date must be specified at the time of transfer (else the instruction will be treated as a cancellation).

The following charges will apply if you wish to transfer a course:

  • Transfer giving 14 working days will incur a £10 administration charge.
  • Transfer giving less than 14 working days will automatically forfeit 50% of course fee and incur a £10 administration charge.

Request for transfer must be received in writing or via email to [email protected] and must contain the full booking details including name, address and booking details.

Your transfer will be confirmed in writing together with an invoice for any fees due.


 The following charges will apply if you wish to cancel a course:

  • Cancellation giving 14 working days, Refund will incur a £10 administration charge.
  • Cancellation within 14 working days will automatically forfeit 50% of course fee and £10 administration charge.
  • Non-attendance will forfeit the full course cost.

Cancellations must be received in writing or via email to [email protected] and must contain the full booking details including name, address and booking details.

Your cancellation will be confirmed in writing together with an invoice for any fees due.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-transferable, and have no cash value.

Any additional cost exceeding the value of a gift voucher will be paid by the redeemer.

Gift vouchers will be considered null and void without an expiry date and a Wren Holistics signature.

Every gift voucher will have a unique voucher code.

Gift vouchers are not eligible for returns, and will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged.

Gift Vouchers are only valid at Wren Holistics

In the event of any dispute, the decision of Wren Holistics is final.

Wren Holistics reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without warning.
